Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 5, 2026

LDstream ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://ldstream.com website and platform (the "Service"). LDstream is a B2B data intelligence platform that aggregates, verifies, and delivers company database records compiled from publicly available government registries, corporate filings, public websites, and proprietary data pipelines.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information — including personal data — in connection with operating the Service. It also explains your rights with respect to that information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Terms used but not defined here have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

Definitions

Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

Subscriber Data means personal data that LDstream collects directly from individuals who register for and use the Service (e.g., name, email address, billing information, download history).

Database Data means business contact records included in the LDstream databases compiled from publicly available sources, including company names, contact person names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, industry classifications, employee counts, VAT codes, and related business information.

Usage Data means data collected automatically from your use of the Service, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

Data Controller means the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. For Subscriber Data, LDstream is the Data Controller.

Data Processor means any person or entity that processes data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use third-party service providers as Data Processors.

Our B2B Database: Database Data

The core of the Service is a collection of B2B company databases organized by country. These databases contain business contact records compiled from publicly available sources, including official government business registries, corporate filing databases, public websites, and proprietary data pipelines. The types of data fields included may vary by country but can include: company name, registered address, city, postal code, province/state, phone number, mobile number, email address, website, industry sector, number of employees, contact person name, registration date, and VAT/tax identification code.

We process Database Data on the legal basis of legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, the legitimate interests of our business subscribers in accessing B2B contact information for sales, marketing, and research purposes, balanced against the rights and freedoms of individuals whose information is included. We conduct legitimate interest assessments before processing this data.

Opt-out for Database Data: If your business contact information is included in our databases and you wish to request its removal, please contact us at support@ldstream.com. We will process opt-out requests within a reasonable timeframe. Note that removing your data from our databases does not affect records already downloaded by our subscribers prior to your opt-out request.
