Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the https://ldstream.com website and platform (the "Service") operated by LDstream ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other individuals or organizations who access or use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
LDstream is a B2B data intelligence platform that provides subscribers with access to verified business contact databases organized by country. Our databases are compiled from publicly available government registries, corporate filings, public websites, and proprietary data pipelines. Subscribers may download records in CSV or XLSX format for use in legitimate business-to-business sales prospecting, marketing, and research activities.
Each country database is offered as a separate subscription. Access to a given country database is granted only for the duration of an active subscription to that country plan. Data is refreshed on a weekly basis on a best-effort basis.
The Service is intended solely for business and commercial use. By registering for an account, you represent that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) you are using the Service for lawful business or commercial purposes and not for personal, household, or consumer purposes; (iii) the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current; and (iv) you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each account is for use by a single individual or legal entity; sharing account access with multiple individuals is prohibited unless expressly authorized by LDstream in writing. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent account information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. You may not use a username that is the name of another person or entity without authorization, or that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and subscriptions. You may also receive newsletters, marketing materials, and product updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by contacting our support team.
Access to the Service databases is provided on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). Each Subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and download records from the applicable country database solely for your own internal business purposes during the active subscription period. Subscriptions are sold per country; access to additional country databases requires a separate Subscription for each.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on either a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle; you will retain access until that date.
A valid payment method is required to maintain an active Subscription. You authorize LDstream to charge all applicable Subscription fees to your payment method on file. If automatic billing fails, LDstream will notify you and may suspend access until payment is received.
LDstream may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial for a limited period. If billing information is required to activate a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial expires. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable fee. LDstream reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time without notice.
LDstream reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Fee changes will take effect at the start of the next Billing Cycle following reasonable prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after a fee change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
We do not provide refunds for any reason once you have accessed or used the Service in any way. "Access or use" includes, without limitation: logging in to your account dashboard, viewing any database records, downloading any data file (in whole or in part), or making any API call. By accessing the Service after purchase, you acknowledge that the digital nature of our product means the subscription has been consumed and no refund is owed.
The sole exception is as follows: if you purchased a Subscription and have not accessed the Service in any way, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date by contacting our support team. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from purchase, or where any access to the Service has occurred, will not be considered.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused subscription time remaining after cancellation, dissatisfaction with data quality, coverage, or any other aspect of the Service.
LDstream reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service for any user, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice or liability. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or misuse of the Service or data, abusive conduct toward staff or other users, or at our sole discretion. Termination of access does not entitle you to a refund except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy above.
You may use data downloaded from the Service exclusively for lawful business-to-business (B2B) purposes, including sales prospecting, B2B marketing outreach, market research, and lead generation activities directed at businesses and business professionals. Any use of the data must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including without limitation anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, EU ePrivacy Directive), data protection laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), and any other applicable marketing regulations.
You are solely responsible for your use of any data downloaded from the Service, including ensuring compliance with applicable law. LDstream accepts no liability for your downstream use of the data.
You may not use the Service or any data obtained through the Service to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability.
The databases provided through the Service are compiled from publicly available government registries, corporate filings, public websites, and proprietary data pipelines. While LDstream makes reasonable efforts to verify and update data on a weekly basis, we do not warrant that any record is accurate, current, complete, or error-free. Business contact information is inherently subject to change, and LDstream accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on data obtained through the Service.
Weekly updates are provided on a best-effort basis and do not constitute a service level agreement or guarantee of data freshness.
The Service, including the platform software, user interface, compilation and arrangement of data, proprietary enrichment methodology, and all related content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of LDstream and its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Your Subscription grants you a limited license to access and download data for the permitted purposes described in these Terms. Downloading records does not transfer any ownership rights in the underlying database, compilation, or platform to you. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by LDstream. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may cancel your Subscription from your dashboard and discontinue use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LDstream, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with: (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or staleness of data obtained through the Service; (iii) any third-party conduct or content; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data; or (v) your downstream use of any data obtained through the Service, including any regulatory penalties, fines, or legal claims arising from such use.
LDstream total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to LDstream in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. LDstream, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any data is accurate, current, or complete; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) results obtained through the Service will meet your requirements.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect, either by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
